OMG! It's been a very long time since I've blogged. Tsk. All thanks to my laziness lah.
In case you are wondering, I've been doing okay. I have been lazing around for the past week & I have yet to laze around, yet again for another month before school starts. I can't wait for school. I'm just hoping that there are very nice people in my class. =D
So let's see, I don't remember what I actually did for the past week, I only remembered what I did for the weekend. On Saturday, I went out with the siblings, brother in law & mama to Safra Yishun to celebrate brother's belated birthday. Last month, I got stuffs from US. & This month, I got stuffs from Vietnam. It's a purse & I appreciate my brother's thoughts. Really. :)
The dinner was goood yaw. We had a nice time, laughing & laughing. We went to this place called Eatzi. It's under Jack's Place Holdings so yes, I very much expected the food to be almost the same as Jack's Place. The food was okay. I like the steak. But there's still room for improvement. If not, we would've headed to Newton to have seafood but then, by the time we decided, we were already seated. Heh.
All of us had steaks/pastas except for elder sister. She had Tom Yum & god damn it, it was sent late. -_-" & The best part is, the Tom Yum didn't taste as nice. It was bland. (All based on sister's comments, I didn't taste it.) Anyways, we brought the cake along with us. While brother was heading for a smoke/toilet, we asked the waitress to light the cake for us. They even offered to play the birthday song, which was very sweet. But as soon as we heard the birthday song, we laughed like some idiots. It sounded like some song from a 20 cent kiddy machine. Hahahah. Imagine our faces the first thing we heard the song man. Tsk tsk tsk.
The birthday boy was smiling from ear to ear. It was very nice, having all my siblings around (this part, I sound like I have 50 brothers & sisters. -_-"). I certainly enjoyed the dinner. :)
Haaaah, see? So the many pictures right? Don't worry ah, I didn't edit any of the pictures. You'll notice that I looked a bit shagged. That was because I had a cupcake order the day before & I didn't had enough sleep cause I was up the whole night, doing the icing. It turned out well but there were a few glitches. I will post the pictures once I grab a hold of them. They're with my cousin sister cause she was the one who ordered them. & Besides, I didn't use my eyeliner. I don't know why but these days, I think I prefer not using eyeliner. Weird, I know. But who cares.
So anyways, on Sunday, went to my Aunt's house. Another cousin got engaged. I didn't sleep for another night, yet again because I was busy baking the cuppies. =D I'm like superwoman, don't ya know? Haha. I was kind of disappointed when I saw that my cousin's sister already ordered cupcakes from somewhere else but then, I just included mine in the hantaran. So yeah, that night, went home & I slept immediately after a nice bath. Tsk tsk. I slept like more than 15 hours. Yeah I am a pig like that.
Yesterday was spent with the boyfriend. I baked him baked rice & I'm glad he loved it. It didn't take me much time eventhough it was my first time. =D I also baked custard bread pudding but that was around 11-ish at night.
Oh god, I will update more soon. Baby's granny has just passed away. I got to go.
